Billing solutions

Avdata provides tailored, cost-effective billing services for hundreds of clients who manage airports, truckwashes, and water and waste facilities. Advanced technology enables us to track use of clients’ facilities. We then calculate bills according to each client’s individual rates and charges, which are often complex and unique. We issue accounts, collect revenue into a trust account, and deposit it into client accounts each month. Our clients can monitor customer usage and payments online.
 

Easy access to accurate data

Avdata clients simply log-in to access the extensive data we collect on their behalf. Our detailed reports enable clients to:
  • meet legislative and financial-reporting requirements
  • identify trends to inform business decisions and increase revenue
  • achieve a list of customer names and contact details
